Question by Pokahanus: Are there any foods that have Hoodia Gordoni in it, if any at all?
I know you can get it in a supplement, but I was just wondered about foods as well. Also how does one know if they are getting 100% real Hoodia Gordoni, and not just substitutes and fillers?

If I believe my mom, hoodia works and can cut down on nighttime food cravings. I do not know any examples, sorry about that. I do not believe that there are side effects, but still you should check around for possible side effects. Hope I helped. If I did not, I am sorry.
